  • What payment methods do you accept?

    The following payment methods are available (except for Express Delivery1):

    1. Credit & Debit Cards
    2. Cash on Delivery(COD)
    3. Automated Bank Transfer (via 1Bill Invoice)
    4. Bank Account Transfer
    5. Pay via Alfa Installments
    6. Mobile Wallet
    7. Buy Now Pay Later - Cash Installments

    4Bank Account transfer option has no limit. However, the limit depends on the customers' respective banks policy.

    3For automated bank transfer, customer can make payment within an hour via 1Bill Invoice using Token ID/invoice number received after placing an order on Samsung.com.

    1COD option is available for orders of the value of less than Rs. 500,000 on all Samsung Mobile, Devices, Tablets and Accessories. For Consumer Electronics products we offer COD service on orders of any value. COD is the only payment option for Express Delivery.

    2For debit/credit card payment, the limit for all Samsung products is up to Rs. 1,000,000.

    5For Alfa installments, customers can pay using Bank Alfalah credit cards only as per the separate terms and conditions specified by the installments provider.

    6On the Samsung Website, customers can pay via four types of Mobile Wallets; Easy Paisa, JazzCash, HBL Konnect and Alfa (“Mobile Wallet Banks”), depending upon the limitations/conditions imposed by the relevant Mobile Wallet Bank.

    7For Cash Installments, customers can pay via Buy Now Pay Later - Cash Installments Option as per the separate terms and conditions specified by the installments provider (Qist Bazaar (Pvt.) Limited). Instalment repayments can be by cash, or where required by applicable law, or Qist Bazaar, via digital transfer. At the Customer’s request, Qist Bazar may, in its discretion, accept any payment through any other mode.
  • If you select Bank Account Transfer option as your payment method, then you are required to complete the following steps in order to confirm your order:

    1. You must make the payment within 6 hours of placing an order on the Website. Upon failure to make the payment within 6 hours, your order will be cancelled and no claims will be accepted in this regard. The account details of the respective Distributor are mentioned on the Website under the bank transfer option. Please ensure that the payment is transferred to the relevant account of the correct authorized Distributor, i.e., M&P for MX Products (i.e., Samsung Mobile, Devices, Tablets and Accessories) and Consumer Electronics (for ultimate credit to the relevant Distrbutor). If the payment is made to a wrong account (or the wrong Distributor), Samsung or its authorized Distributor will not be liable in any regard.

    2. Proof of payment (Bank Deposit Slip or the Amount Transfer Screenshot) along with your Order ID should be sent on 0332-7267864 or [email protected] within 6 hours.

    3. The sent proof of payment will be confirmed within 1-2 Business Days. Once it has been confirmed, you will get a call from Samsung's customer service to confirm your order. The Order will be deemed to have been placed on the day that a valid proof of correct payment is received. The Order will stand accepted/confirmed only when a confirmation call is made and a delivery date is communicated to you.

    If any of the above steps are not fully complied with, your order will be automatically cancelled.
  • If you select Automated Bank Account Transfer (via 1Bill invoice) option as your payment method, then you are required to complete the following steps in order to confirm your order:

    1. A tile will appear beneath the Automated Bank Transfer option where you will be required to enter your valid mobile number. After adding your desired Samsung product to the cart, you are required to enter your valid mobile number on the checkout page below Automated Bank Transfer option tile.
    2. After entering your valid mobile number, you will be redirected to the Samsung order completed page, where a Token ID number will be displayed.
    3. Once you have received the Token ID number, you will then be required to login into your bank account.
    4. Once you have logged in to your bank account, depending on the application you are using, please use the 1Bill Invoice payment option for your Token ID number (that you received on the Samsung order completed page), to complete your payment.
    5. You are required to complete the payment process within one (01) hour after receiving the Token ID number. If you do not make the payment within one (01) hour, the order will automatically be cancelled, and Samsung shall not be liable in this regard.
    6. Your order will confirmed after successful payment within one (01) hour.

    If any of the above steps are not fully complied with, your order will be automatically cancelled. The relevant Terms and Conditions of 1Bill and the relevant bank (through which you will carry out the bank transfer) will apply.
  • 1. If you select COD or Credit & Debit card option, you will receive a payment confirmation email. In case of Credit & Debit card option, payment confirmation will be contingent upon the approval from the relevant/selected Bank. Any payment lost in transit and not credited to M&P will be at the customer's sole risk.
    2. Incase of Bank Transfer Option, you are required to follow the steps mentioned in Q2 & 3 the answer to FAQ 4 above.
    3. For Alfa installments, your order will only be confirmed subject to successful completion of the following steps:
    a.Once you have placed your order, a Samsung Customer Service (CS) agent will contact you, on your provided mobile number, and confirm the order details. Upon the request of the CS agent, you will be required to share your order number, order details, contact number, and email address to the CS agent.
    b.The CS agent will then generate a link for Bank Alfalah portal and share it with you on your provided mobile number and email address.
    c.Upon clicking the link, you will be directed to Bank Alfalah’s portal where you will be required to complete the process required by the said portal.
    d.You must complete the steps for pay via Alfa installmentsment, as mentioned above, within 72 hours of placing the order on the website.
    e.If any of the above steps are not fully complied with and completed in the specified time, your order may be automatically cancelled. Any payment lost in transit and not credited to M&P will be at the customer’s sole risk.
    4. For Mobile Wallet Bank, your order will only be confirmed once you have successfully completed the following steps:
    a. On the Samsung Website check-out page, a pop-up will appear where you will be required to enter your Mobile Wallet number.
    b. After you have entered your Mobile Wallet number, another pop-up will appear where you will be required to enter the one-time password (“OTP”), which you will be sent by your Mobile Wallet Bank. In some cases, instead of the OTP and in some cases, in addition to the OTP, another pop-up will appear where you will be required to enter the Mobile Personal Identification Number (“MPIN”), which you will have received from your Mobile Wallet Bank.
    c. Upon the correct completion of the above steps, your payment will be processed, and you will be redirected to the order confirmation page where your order will be confirmed.
    5. For all methods of online payment, if the requisite steps are not fully complied with, your order may be automatically cancelled. Any payment lost in transit and not credited to M&P will be at the customer’s sole risk.
  • At present, Installment plans for purchase of Samsung products at the Samsung website/E-store are being offered by the following bank only:

    Bank Alfalah, independently through the Pay via Alfa installments option for holders of Bank Alfalah credit cards only, as per the separate terms and conditions specified by it.
  • Yes, installment plans are offered by Qist Bazaar (Pvt.) Limited independently, on the Samsung website. Customer can choose to select from 3, 6, 9 and 12 Months plan, as provided by Qist Bazaar, as per its separate terms and conditions.
  • Customer will have to pay 30% of the order value at the time of product delivery, in cash, and the remaining amount in installments as per the chosen tenure plan and the terms and conditions of the instalment provider, Qist Bazaar. Please note that the Customer’s contract for such payments shall be with Qist Bazar.
  • If you have opted to pay via a Mobile Wallet, your order/payment may fail in the following situations, without any liability to Samsung:

    a. If you have entered an incorrect/invalid mobile wallet number and/or an incorrect/invalid OTP/MPIN; and/or
    b. If you have added a product with order value which does not conform to the limitations imposed by your Mobile Wallet Bank; and/or
    c. If you have insufficient funds in your Mobile Wallet account; and/or
    d. If the relevant Mobile Wallet Bank does not approve your payment for any reason whatsoever.
  • Payment for the Self Pick-up option can be made through:

    1. Advance Payment using debit/credit card or bank transfer option either at the time of placing the order on the Website or at the designated collection point.
    2. All other payment
    methods including, but not limited to, pay-order, demand draft, cheque, cash, will NOT be acceptable at the collection point and failure to make payment by an acceptable method, will result in the order automatically being cancelled.
    3. Payment using Mobile Wallets at the time of placing the order on the Website, in accordance with the steps mentioned at serial no. 3 and 4 of the answer to FAQ 5 above.
  • Cash on Delivery is the only payment method for Express Delivery option.
  • No, you cannot change your payment method once order is placed. If you have selected credit card mode as your payment method and the payment facility via debit/credit card is unavailable at the designated Collection Point for any reason whatsoever, the relevant distributor retains the right to cancel the order. If you want to change your payment method, you must cancel your order and place a fresh order selecting your preferred method of payment.
  • In case of COD method, you will not be charged you until your order has been shipped and delivered. You will be charged at your doorstep.

    If you choose to pay via your Credit/Debit card, you will be charged once the order is placed successfully and once the payment is approved from the selected/relevant Bank.

    If you choose bank account transfer option, you will be charged once you transfer the amount correctly and once your payment is approved by the selected/relevant Bank.

    If you choose to pay via Alfa Installment, you will be charged once you complete the payment steps on the Bank Alfalah portal, as outlined in serial no. 3 of the answer to FAQ 6, (If I pay online, how do I verify that my payment has been received and order is confirmed?).

    If you choose to pay via Mobile Wallet, you will be charged once you have selected your desired Mobile Wallet Bank, your payment is approved by the selected/relevant Mobile Wallet Bank, and you have completed the steps, as outlined above at serial no. 4 of the answer to FAQ 6 (If I pay online, how do I verify that my payment has been received and order is confirmed?).

    If you choose to pay via Buy Now Pay Later - Cash Installments, you will be charged for the Down Payment (30% of the order value) in Cash when the order is delivered, and then per month installment by Qist Bazar based on the plan you have chosen thereon and as per the terms and conditions of the instalment provider, Qist Bazaar.
  • In case of payment delay or failure on your part, Qist Bazaar will be entitled to exercise its rights under the terms and conditions as agreed upon between you and Qist Bazaar, which includes but is not limited to, exercising its right of device ownership and any or all of the following actions to recover the funds accordingly:

    Criminal FIR Registration
    Use of the Knox Guard Application to lock the device, temporarily and/or permanently.
  • You can review the information of Tenures and Processing Fees when you click on the Buy Now Pay Later - Cash Installments option in “Payment Methods” at checkout, and choose the relevant tenure accordingly to proceed with order placement, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the instalment provider, Qist Bazaar.
  • Only Smart phones can be bought using the Buy Now Pay Later - Cash Installments option. Consumer Electronics, Tablets, Wearables and Accessories cannot be bought using this option as of now. Additionally, the installment plans offered by Qist Bazaar are only available on orders with a value between Rs. 10,000 and Rs. 150,000.
  • If you believe a payment has been taken more than once, please contact our Customer Services team at 0800-72678, 9am-12am, and they will be happy to investigate the matter for you, and provide a refund where necessary. Please allow up to 7 - 10 business days for refunds to show in your account.
  • This could be for a number of reasons including that your payment has been withheld via banking gateway or your bank has not released the payment. Please contact our Customer Services team at 0800-72678, 9am-12am, and they will be happy to investigate the matter for you. If the problem exists due to an issue on our end, the team will register your claim and you will get a refund within 7-10 business days.
  • Payment methods may fail for a number of reasons, which include:
    • Insufficient funds in your account
    • Lack of credit card limit. This means that the limit on your card is less than the transaction you are making against a specific amount.
    • Bank has set an internal limit. In this case, your bank has set a limited amount internally for all transactions.
    • Your card is not activated from your bank for online transactions. You are required to check with your bank and get it activated for online payments.
    • Average monthly transaction is lower than the actual transaction. For example, on average you have made online purchases worth Rs. 50,000. However, you wish to make a purchase of Rs. 100,000 which exceeds your average monthly limit. Your bank may block this due to suspected fraud.
    • Incorrect card details entered
    • Incorrect OTP number mentioned

    You will have to contact your bank to identiy the exact reason for the failue of your transaction. If you continue to have issues, then please contact us at 0800-72678 and our team will investigate.
  • Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, the payment method cannot be changed. If a payment fails, (unless the order is automatically cancelled) you will have to cancel your order and place a fresh order.

  • Terms and Conditions differ from voucher to voucher. Kindly read the terms and conditions carefully before proceeding. You can call the Samsung Helpline for more information on the subject. Please call us toll-free at 080072678, 9AM-12AM, 7 days a week to receive guidance.
  • E-Store does not charge any fee for online payment for COD, Credit/Debit card, Bank Transfer and Mobile Wallets. Any fee that your card issuer or bank may charge will depend on the respective issuer/bank.

    In case of Alfa Installments, customer will be charged as per the terms and conditions of the Bank Alfalah portal.

    In case of Buy Now Pay later - Cash Installments, E-Store does not charge any fee, but processing fee on a specific tenure may be charged by the instalment provider, Qist Bazaar as per its terms and conditions.
  • It can take up to 7 - 10 business days for a refund to be issued, depending on your Mobile Wallet Bank and/or card issuer Bank. If you haven’t received a refund after 15 working days, please contact us again and our team will investigate. However, for any payment lost in this process and not credited to our authorized Distrbutor's account (M&P), Samsung or its authorized Distrbutor(s) shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever.
  • There are no additional Duties or Sales Tax for making purchases facilitated by the Samsung E-store and the duties remain the same whether you buy through the Samsung E-store or the retail outlet. However, this might change as per government policy and direction.
  • Cash on delivery is provided for Samsung Mobile Devices, Tablets and Accessories for any order having a value of less than Rs. 500,000, and for Samsung Consumer Electronics for any order having any value. COD option is not available for Self-pickup (where applicable).

2. Opting for Buy Now Pay Later does not guarantee that your request for installments will be granted. Final authority to grant the installment rests with Qist Bazaar.
