*For a limited time, customers who have purchased the $20 (AUD) Samsung Galaxy eVoucher+ via the Galaxy eVoucher+ Buy Page can use the voucher for $100 (AUD) value if redeemed from 13th May 2025 10:00AM AEST to 29th May 2025 11:59PM AEST towards the latest smartphone device unveiled at the 2025 May Samsung Unpacked Event (on 13th May 2025 10:00AM AEST). If the cart does not contain the latest device (excluding accessories) unveiled during the 13th May 2025 Samsung Unpacked event, or the offer period has passed, then the voucher will resume to its original value of $20. At its original value of $20, the Smartphone Galaxy eVoucher+ can be redeemed on Samsung Products (Devices, Appliances and Accessories), valid up until 3 years from Galaxy eVoucher+ date of purchase. Strictly cannot be used to purchase Service Products (e.g. Samsung Care and Knox Manage Subscriptions etc). eVoucher must be redeemed in the same transaction as the Samsung smartphone device unveiled at the 2025 May Samsung Unpacked event and only on the Samsung Online Store or eligible partnership portals. What am I buying?
Spend $20 to receive a Galaxy Smartphone eVoucher+ (eVoucher) worth $100 towards purchasing the latest Samsung Mobile device coming soon, between 13th of May 2025 (10:00AM AEST) to the 29th of May 2025 (11:59PM AEST).
If the cart does not contain the latest Samsung Mobile device unveiled, or the Offer Period has passed, the eVoucher will resume to its original value of $20, and may be used towards purchasing Samsung Products (Devices, Appliances and Accessories) of $21 or more, on eligible Samsung.com stores. Strictly cannot be used to purchase Service Products (e.g. Samsung Care and Knox Manage Subscriptions etc).
The Offer is redeemable online at Samsung Online Stores (samsung.com/au, Samsung Education Store, Samsung Government, Samsung Business, and eligible Samsung Enhanced Partnership Portals). This Offer is not redeemable on the Samsung Staff Portal.
The eVoucher will have a set expiry of 3 years from the date that it is provided, eg. if the eVoucher is provided on the 1st of March 2025 then the expiry date will be the 1st of March 2028.
What happens if I don’t use the eVoucher sent to me?
After the 3 year validity period the eVoucher will expire and the $20 will be non-refundable.
The eVoucher can be redeemed across the Samsung Galaxy Series Range (Galaxy Smartphones, Tablets, Watches, Buds, Ring and Galaxy Accessories). Strictly cannot be used to purchase Consumer Electronic Products or Service Products (eg. Samsung Care and Knox Manage Subscriptions etc)
After the 3 year period the eVoucher will expire and the $20 will be non-refundable.
Will I be refunded the $20 payment if I use the Smartphone eVoucher+ and then return the product that I purchased?
Should an order be returned in accordance with the Samsung eStore returns policy, found here, then you will have the option of either using the voucher on another Galaxy Mobile Device purchase of $21 or more, or receiving a refund of the original $20 order.
Can I change my mind after purchasing the eVoucher?
The $20 order for an eVoucher is non-refundable, ie. there is no change of mind policy for this purchase.
When will I receive my eVoucher?
In most cases the eVoucher will be received the next calendar day after purchasing the eVoucher, though delays may occur.
What should I do if I didn’t receive the eVoucher?
Please check your spam or junk folders for the eVoucher email and if it has been more than 72 hours after purchase please contact our customer service team on 1300 362 603.
How do I use my Galaxy eVoucher+?
Once you receive your eVoucher via email copy it exactly as it is provided including capitalisation and dashes then paste this into the ‘promo code’ field in the cart page during checkout to receive the discount off of the cart total.
What do I do if my eVoucher is not working?
Please ensure that you have copied the code exactly as it is provided in the email sent to you and that you have not used the eVoucher on another purchase.

Can I use Samsung Rewards points to purchase the eVoucher?
Samsung Rewards points may not be used to purchase the eVoucher, only upfront payment will be accepted towards the purchase of the eVoucher.
